The LHSAA will hold a sportsmanship hearing at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel to determine what action to take after a fight during the McDonogh 35-O. 'Play up' proposal gaining some support Feb 7, 2009
After an all-day meeting of the LHSAA's executive committee, which reviewed each of the 61 proposals for Friday's general business meeting to be held at the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, Henderson said he thinks the state's principals will vote in favor of dividing the state's football schools into somewhat equal divisions, and could pass one that would allow smaller schools to play up to higher divisions.
