The city Department of the Medical Examiner has identified a man who apparently drowned Wednesday near the Hale Koa Hotel in Waikiki as Richard Williamson, 74, of Sacramento, Calif. City paramedics were sent to an area fronting the hotel about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and found lifeguards performing CPR on the man. (Honolulu Advertiser)
