    During a meeting held Wednesday at Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn, Michael Kenyon, director of property and special taxes for the Department of Revenue and Regulation, said while the agricultural land assessments may prove to be more valuable than before, the assessments should prove to be more accurate and fair. Kenyon said the productivity value is from official estimates published by the United States Department of Agriculture and National Agricultural Statistics Services or NASS..
