During a meeting held Wednesday at Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn, Michael Kenyon, director of property and special taxes for the Department of Revenue and Regulation, said while the agricultural land assessments may prove to be more valuable than before, the assessments should prove to be more accurate and fair.
