Mount Hood is still one of the potential locations on the Dog Society s radar, Penta said, along with other areas including the Knoll and Pine Banks Park. Park Commission Chairman Michael Interbartolo told the aldermen that the Commission has worked through Joan Bell, head of the Melrose Park Department, with the Dog Society, and with Animal Control Officer Kurkjian in trying to locate possible sites. New Hampshire State Police said the golf cart, with four people aboard, including an 11-year-old child, was riding in the southbound lane of Route 16 near the Pine Knoll Camp Ground at about 12:30 a.m. yesterday when it was hit by a 1995 Ford Windstar minivan.
