    Museum complex in black  Nov 7, 2009
    For the first time in many years, the museum complex at Pioneer Park ended its season in the black. The Pioneer Park Historical Complex, as its now called, is a non-profit. (Forest Republican, WI)

    Judge orders couple to move historic lodge  Aug 20, 2009
    He said they approached the city of Rhinelander about moving the lodge (which once sat on Shady Lane on the Moens Lake chain and was once used as a gathering place for early businessmen) to Pioneer Park so it could be used as a historical attraction but the city did not move forward with the project. Hastreiter said Downtown Rhinelander Inc. has also expressed some interest in the building and he hoped some arrangements could be made so it could be used as part of the citys riverfront...     Babcock works to earn Eagle Scout rank  Jun 19, 2009
    Andrew Babcock was at the Pioneer Park Historical Complex over this past weekend putting up bird houses and feeders as part of his final project, leading to his earning the rank of Eagle Scout. Babcock, a member of Troop 660, was running the show, its part of the leadership thing. (Forest Republican, WI)

    Work on Pioneer Park to begin next week  May 2, 2009
    Work on the reconfiguration of the road through Pioneer Park will begin Monday. American Asphalt is scheduled to start grinding the pavement on the existing road through the park Monday afternoon. (Forest Republican, WI)
