    Coast Guard Petty Officer Scott Brazier says a helicopter, a 47-foot motor life boat and a cutter responded to coast off the Sea Ranch area after an apparatus used to carry abalone was found in the water earlier Monday. The search was suspended around 7 p.m. Monday. (Fresno Bee -- State)
