    The historic Wellington Hotel in downtown Albany is mostly history, cleared as part of the ongoing redevelopment of the State Street strip known as Wellington Row. BBL Construction and affiliate Columbia Development are redeveloping the long dilapidated strip into a mix of retail, apartments and offices. (Albany Times Union)
